RETURN & REFUND

Thank you for shopping at NCM online shop, we pride ourselves on giving you a good and professional service, and we hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your item/s because it was not as described, damaged, defective or faulty on delivery or it develops a fault or defect within the 30 days.
You have 30 days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging which it was supplied to you.
Please send us an email informing us that you want to return your item and the reasons why. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase to return your goods. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the goods, we advise that you return the goods by registered post as we are not liable for any goods lost in transit.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it to confirm your claim, we will notify you within 2 days by email to approve or dismiss your claim. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund on the same day in the original method of payment which was made (except for Pay on Delivery items). If you choose to have the item/s replaced then the new item will be delivered to you for free.
